Narrator (calm, mysterious): In 2014… a young couple, Derek and Maria Broaddus, thought they had found their dream home in Westfield, New Jersey. A beautiful six-bedroom house on a quiet street… 657 Boulevard. But only days after they moved in… the dream turned into a nightmare. One evening, Derek opened the mailbox… Inside was a plain white envelope. No return address. He opened it. And read: (Whispered, creepy voice): "My grandfather watched the house in the 1920s. My father watched in the 1960s. It is now my time." Narrator: The letter was signed… “The Watcher.” The writer knew their names. The layout of the house. Even the nicknames of their children. (Voice lowers): "I see your children. I know their names. Have they found what’s in the walls yet?" The Broaddus family was terrified. They called the police. They installed cameras. They began to suspect the neighbors. But the letters didn’t stop. (New voice, slow and whispery): "657 Boulevard has been the subject of my fam
