Think of your credits as one wallet that every generation draws from — video, images and voice. Longer videos and higher resolutions cost more; writing and exporting cost nothing. In practice:

• Grow ($30, 30,000 credits) ≈ 60 minutes of 720p video a month — about six 10-minute videos.
• Pro ($60, 60,000 credits) ≈ 120 minutes — about twelve 10-minute videos.

Regenerating a scene, or editing one so it re-renders, uses credits too, so most creators plan for a little more than their finished length.

Yes. Top-up packs are available on any paid plan — $5 for 4,000 credits, $10 for 8,000, $50 for 40,000 — and they never expire. If you're regularly running out, moving up a plan is cheaper per credit than buying packs.

Your monthly plan credits don't roll over — they reset each billing cycle. Top-up credits are different: they never expire and stay in your balance until you use them, and if you cancel they're paused rather than lost.

Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Upgrades apply right away: you pay only the difference for the rest of the current month and get those credits immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you've paid for until then, and credits are never taken back.

On any paid plan, the videos you make are yours to publish and use commercially. Free-plan videos aren't yours to own, but you're welcome to share them with the Crreo watermark in place.
