I can't log in with my email.
First, please check if there might be a typo in your email address. It happens to all of us sometimes! If emails are not being delivered, please check your spam folder. If emails are being delivered but you’re getting ‘token expired’, please check for a newer email in your inbox or resend the login email.
For the best experience, Google Sign-in is more reliable and smoother, so we highly recommend using it.
I keep getting logged out.
This is usually caused by using Crreo in multiple tabs or on multiple devices, or using multiple Crreo accounts on the same device. Please try to log out of Crreo, close all open tabs on all devices, open a new tab, and log in again.
I am getting a timeout error.
Please try to log out and log back in. If you’re using a VPN or a 3rd party Proxy service, please deactivate them. If you’re still having trouble accessing features in your plan, please contact us at support@crreo.ai.
I just paid, but don't see the change on the platform.
In rare cases, some browsers may not properly update the access certificate after upgrading. Please try these simple steps: Log out of Crreo. Close all tabs you may have opened with Crreo. Open a new tab, visit Crreo.ai, and log in again. Normally, this should make your account work properly.

Can I embed my videos on my website?
This feature is coming soon and will provide simple code snippets for easy integration. Subscribe to our updates to be notified when this feature becomes available.
How do I share my video directly to social platforms?
Share your creations with the world! In Step 5, click the 'Share' button at the top right corner to generate a shareable link. Anyone with this link can view your video instantly—perfect for sharing across social media, email, or messaging apps.
More direct platform integration is coming soon!

Do you offer refunds?
If you’re unhappy with your Crreo subscription, please contact us at support@crreo.ai, and we’ll make it right. In most cases, we process a full refund of the last payment, no questions asked.
Can I use videos created with Crreo in commercial projects or monetized content?
Yes! All paid plans allow unrestricted commercial use and monetization. Free plan videos include a watermark and require credit to www.crreo.ai with a link when publishing or monetizing content.
Why do you require a credit card for the trial?
We now require a card on file for trials to prevent free trial abuse.
How does the Growth Plan trial work?
Our Growth plan comes with a 7-day free trial, giving you full access to premium features. You can select a trial on the monthly or yearly Grow plan. You can cancel the trial at any time before the end of the 7-day period. If you don’t cancel, the trial will be converted to a regular Grow plan.
How do I upgrade/downgrade or cancel?
You can upgrade, downgrade, and cancel at any time in our Billing portal: visit My Account, tab Subscription, and click Billing Portal.
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. You'll only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle when changing plans. Cancellations remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I clone my voice and add it to the videos?
Voice cloning should be available in Q3 2025. Stay tuned!
I need a different accent or language.
We offer 170+ voices, with dozens of languages and accents. To explore options:
1. In Video Maker: Check the ‘Default voice’ menu under ‘Select style’.
2. In Speech Generator: Browse the ‘Language’ menu under ‘Select Voice’.
Can't find what you need? Let us know through our new feature request, and we'll add voices based on user demand.
Can I upload images with my character?
This feature will be available in Q3, 2025. It will let you upload images to create personalized characters that match your preferences or brand. Subscribe to our updates to be notified when this launches.
What’s the difference between a narrative and a dialogue video?
When you create Characters in the Video Maker, you can choose between two forms:
1. Narrative form: Best for explanatory content with a consistent narrator throughout the video.
2. Dialogue form: Perfect for conversational, interactive content where up to 4 characters directly engage with each other or the audience.
How do I add a character?
In Step 2, you can choose from our template library or create a new character by selecting a voice and describing how they should look via a text prompt.
What are the best practices for writing effective manual scripts?
For effective manual scripts:
1. Label speakers using square brackets: [John] Welcome to our tutorial.
2. Create new scenes with double line breaks (press Enter twice)
Note: You’ll still need to select characters and voices in Step 2, matching the speaker names in your script. The more detail you include about characters in your script, the less you’ll need to specify in the description.
How can I control or adjust my video's length?
Crreo Video Maker makes it easy to create videos of different durations. In Step 1, click 'Select Style' to find the Duration menu with options from 1-15 minutes. Longer videos come with higher-tier plans.
How can I create non-English videos?
Create videos in virtually any language in just two steps:
1. Click ‘Select Style’ after entering your idea or script.
2. Type your preferred language in "Change language" at the bottom.
This multilingual capability is available exclusively for paid plan users.
How do I change images and video clips?
You can easily customize your video's visuals at different stages:
1. Scene Images: Edit in Step 3 (Storyboard) by selecting individual scenes and directly editing the text prompt.
2. Video Clips: Refine in Step 4 (Review), where you can modify, replace, or enhance each clip.
What video quality and resolution does Crreo support?
Our videos are delivered in HD (high definition) quality with resolutions up to 1280x720. Check our plan details to find the best option that meets your needs.
How do I edit my videos?
Editing videos with Crreo requires no video editing or technical expertise.
1. Adjust content: Edit your script in Step 1 (Start) or modify individual scenes in Step 3 (Storyboard).
2. Refine visuals: Edit or regenerate scenes with text prompts in Step 3 or Step 4 (Review). The more specific your descriptions, the better your results.
3. Customize audio: Change the voice of the character in Step 2 (Character) and the background music in Step 4.
4. Customize character: Change character settings in Step 2.
You can flexibly move between these steps during the creation process.
How can I create longer videos?
Our Video Maker currently supports videos up to 15 minutes. 30-minute videos should be available in Q3 2025.

Where do I find my prior work?
All your past work is saved in 'Tool History':
1. On Desktop: Find it in the left navigation panel.
2. On Mobile: Access through the menu icon at the top left.
To start a new project, click ‘Create new video’ from the same navigation menu.
What devices and browsers work best?
Crreo works on all major browsers and devices, including mobile. Use Google Chrome on a desktop with a good internet connection for best results.
How do I create my first videos?
Simply follow our 5-step process:
1. Start: Enter your idea/topic (for Auto Script mode) or your pre-written script (for Manual Script Mode). Customize style, voice, tone, duration, and language via ‘Select Style’.
2. Add character: Choose from templates or create new ones.
3. Storyboard: Reorganize, edit, or delete the generated scenes to match your vision.
4. Review and finalize: Use the timeline to access and fine-tune all the assets of your video—visuals, speech, music/sound effects, and the thumbnail.
5. Export: Finalize your complete video, then share or download it!
This flow builds your video like Lego blocks, making it easy to bring your idea to life one step at a time.
