Welcome to the Independent Legal Prisoners Association Group! Here, we're all about supporting state and federal prisoners with free legal services. Our main focus is on handling sentencing issues for first, second, third habitual, or career offenders, making sure you get the help you deserve. Now, our services won’t cost you a dime, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind. You will need to cover the cost of your own court records, which varies by state, as well as any copies of motions or briefs we file on your behalf. Additionally, a small monthly postage fee helps with all the correspondence we have for your legal mail. To get started, it’s easy. Just fill out our application. There's a $20 processing fee if we need to search for your records, but don’t worry—the fee is waived if you already have them! You can grab your application through our Facebook page.
